• Leadership skill to manage operator line allocation.
• Ability to inspire and motivation skill the operator.
• Must able to operating sewing machine.
• Basic sewing knowledge.
• Work experience in garments, apparel (jeans/jacket)/bag industry.
• Candidate must have experience in similar position.
• Candidate should have sound knowledge on computer operations ( MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

• To direct operator for skills development.

• Hourly production follow-up.

• Work in progress report.

• Ability to make production efficiency report.

• Model wise re-conciliation report making.

• Ability to make scrap cost report.

• Must has knowledge about fabric way knowledge (top/In-side).

• Clear idea about cutting part identification idea and management system.

• The candidate must know process layout.

• Line balancing with operating ratio.

• Idea about basic mechanism of sewing machine.

• Identify machine related defects and basic machine adjustment.

• Clear idea about sewing allowance, back stitch, defect analysis and report with standard countermeasure.
