Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, EEE, Mechanical Engineering, IPE, Physics
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange necessary cross verification programs like test method audit, test method training, repeatability, munsell test, ishihara test , employee evaluation and training implementation accordingly for ensuring the performance of the personnel of different divisions.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance of uncertainty of test method.
∎ Arrange on time training of personnel and ensure assessment.
∎ Update staff list, RSM list, supplier evaluation and approved supplier list with proper traceability.
∎ Handling proficiency testing of international organizer and buyer, follow up correlation report and analyze performance.
∎ Ensuring timely calibration / verification and maintenance of the measuring and test equipment and follow up calibration records or external certificates with accuracy.
∎ Update equipment information with proper acceptance, calibration ,withdraw or breakdown information
∎ Conducting external service of customer as per requirement and issuing certificate with precision and accuracy.
∎ Maintain update method master list and circulate accordingly.
∎ Maintain update master documents as well as master list of document/ record and circulate accordingly
∎ Update follow up monitor data, 10x cockpit data and 5s implementations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: Fresh or 1-2 Years in the similar field.
∎ Certification: Training on ISO 17025/ISO 17020/ISO 9001 is mandatory.
∎ Soft skills: Creativity and Innovation, Presentation skill, Communication skill
∎ Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Good writing skill.
∎ Computer literacy: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS office
∎ Any other specific requirement
