Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Supervisor (Grabbers operation) to lead and oversee the work of employees for grabbers operation in our company situated in Bangladesh. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of grabbers operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.
∎ The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business. They will be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company`s vision and culture.
∎ The goal will be to ensure the profitability of our company`s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working as part of a team to ensure grabbers lifting operations comply with the law and they secure the health and safety of employees and of all those affected by the operations
∎ Co-coordinating and supervising all grabbers lifting activities in accordance with the Lifting Plan
∎ Briefing all grabbers operation team members
∎ Being present during all grabbers operations
∎ Ensuring that ground conditions are safe for any operations involving mobile grabbers
∎ Taking suitable measures to rectify unsafe conditions
∎ Ensuring only registered operators and appointed staffs are involved in any grabbers operation
∎ In a full-time position, Grabbers Supervisors usually work between 35 and 40 hours per week
∎ Working hours can be variable and overtime may be required in order to meet project deadlines

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Prior Experience in have duty lift, grabbers, forklift operation is must. Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations Complete Knowledge of have duty lift, grabbers, forklift operation manual, function and tools Good attention to detail Willing to travel as per requirement Good Communication Skill in English. Must have good IT skill.
