Responsibilities & Context:
The Talent Acquisition Superintendent is responsible for sourcing quality candidates to meet the needs of the organization. The incumbent will participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting and sourcing to selection, and collaborate with hiring managers and the HR department to gain an understanding of the best-fit applicants for the organization.
Supports the development and maintenance of Talent Acquisition practices in alignment with the overall organizational strategy.
Source high caliber candidates, ensuring headcount has been approved prior to recruitment.
Develops and manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Identifies active and passive candidates and develops pipelines for current and future vacancies, hard-to-fill roles, and high-volume roles.
Identifies channels for internal and external advertising of current and upcoming vacancies.
Measures, analyzes, and reports on Talent Acquisition practices against established metrics.
Work with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, timely and cost-effective recruitment and selection process.
Train hiring and line managers in interviewing process.
Negotiate salary for the selected employees as per guidelines.
Apply, edit and interpret psychometric tests.
Provide feedback to relevant parties at each stage of the recruitment process.
Supervise the completion of the paperwork for new hires.
Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
Transport: Pick & Drop (Depending on availability)
Weekend: Friday
Office Hours:
8 AM to 5 PM (Working at Office)
