Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Super shop Manager/Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations at our shop. As the Shop Manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the shop. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies, Mange the shop management and dealing with the customer. Able to take decision.
∎ The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
∎ Who must be able to managing a shop or store, the staff and the day to day activities, is the responsibility of a Shop Manager. They carry out responsibilities that may include training, recruiting, project management and stock taking.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling sales target and all sales matters
∎ Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
∎ Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
∎ Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic and enhance profitability.
∎ Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
∎ Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
∎ Recruiting, train, and oversee new staff. Managing the shops security policies.
∎ Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays. Monitor inventory levels, order and purchase new items.
∎ Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits.
∎ Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

∎ Age 31 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven successful experience as a retail Store / Super Shop Assistant Manager/Manager
∎ Powerful leading skills and business orientation
∎ Customer management skills
∎ Strong organizational skills
∎ Good communication in English and interpersonal skills
