Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of the front desk office.
∎ Responsible for administrative support function and coordination.
∎ Welcome all clients, visitors and guests into the front office in a professional
∎ Direct the guest to the concern person to meet.
∎ Provide proper guidance to the visitors with proper etiquettes.
∎ Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
∎ Maintain the telecommunications system.
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, Bills and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records.
∎ Maintain Telephone directory of the organization.
∎ Ensure reception area is organized and prepared in perfect manner.
∎ Maintain receive record and other documentation.
∎ Data base management system of admin related work when needed.
∎ To collect necessary information and promptly report office activities directly to responsible department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 18000 (Monthly)
