Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential sites for new Daily Shopping outlets across Bangladesh.
- Conduct feasibility studies considering customer accessibility, visibility, traffic flow, demographics, and competition.
- Approach land/building/shop owners, negotiate rental agreements, and finalize deals in line with company requirements.
- Meet monthly and yearly outlet acquisition targets as set by management.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, rental rates, and competitive retail expansion in different areas.
- Prepare site proposals, reports, and required documentation for management approval.
- Work with the Projects, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth handover and outlet opening.
- Frequently travel across different cities, towns, and rural areas as per business expansion needs.
