Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Air Condition, Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct preventive and Breakdown maintenance of AC.
∎ Generate AC related equipment requisition for maintenance.
∎ Check & resolve AC related issue.
∎ Oversee Installation and maintenance of AC.
∎ Generate internal requisition to store for Materials receive from Store.
∎ Repair and maintenance of all Freeze.
∎ Ensure the proper use of workplace personal protective equipment (PPE) & Other safety equipment.
∎ Supervise Compliance related works.
∎ Communicate with Section in charge about the all AC related issue.
∎ Maintain maintenance job request receive register from all area of (inside & outside).
∎ Ensure the keeping record of preventive maintenance Record.
∎ Good leadership and motivational skills.
∎ Communication & inter personal skills.
∎ Attention for detail and high level of accuracy while managing complex task.
∎ MS Office and Auto CAD must be known.
