Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for ensuring targeted production keeping the product quality as set
∎ Monitoring all kinds of equipment very carefully for trouble frees operation
∎ Ensuring safety of manpower & machine
∎ Responsible for reducing wastage of raw materials as well as cement
∎ Interfacing with the different departments and sections from time to time for smooth and trouble free operation
∎ Responsible for raw materials receive and mixing in proper way
∎ Work description should be keep record in shift register.
∎ When any machine stopped due to any abnormal condition, instantly find out that fault and take necessary action
∎ When cement sheet machine or another group machine are stopped they are thoroughly checked for all mechanical equipment’s.
