We are seeking an ambitious individual to join this team as Sub Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) at Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited, BIEZL, Mirsharai, Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Assist in the erection, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems as per mechanical engineering drawings (P&ID, PFD, isometric, layout, fabrication drawings).
- Support maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth operation of pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, cooling towers, piping systems, storage tanks, valves, and other rotating/static equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations during erection, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Review, check, and modify mechanical engineering drawings, layouts, and documents as required.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to project assessment, work progress, material estimation, BOQ preparation, purchase requisitions, and related records.
- Distribute and supervise daily tasks among helpers, fitters, technicians, and other mechanical support staff to ensure job progress and adherence to safe practices.
