Responsibilities & Context:
Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, helping them understand various options and answering their queries professionally.
Handle a high volume of immigration-related matters, providing timely and accurate assistance.
Utilize telemarketing skills to effectively convince and motivate clients, ensuring they are confident in their choices.
Provide excellent customer service, attending to student enquiries face-to-face, via phone, or email.
Follow up with student enquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
Support marketing efforts both offline and online, ensuring effective promotions.
Actively participate in educational exhibitions, fairs, and seminars.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions abroad, staying informed about their programs and admission requirements.
