• Age 25 to 40 years

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Excel, Internet, and online communication tools).
• Must be professional, committed, and enthusiastic towards achieving targets.

• Counsel students and guardians on study abroad opportunities, admission processes, and course selection.

• Respond to online and offline queries (emails, phone calls, messages, etc.).

• Handle student inquiries over the phone and in person, providing accurate information.

• Maintain proper follow-up records for students and meet counseling targets.

• Assist students in preparing applications and documentation for admission and visa processes.

• Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with clients.

• Contribute to the student recruitment process for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, UK, and European countries.
