∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Embassies/Foreign Consulates, Education Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Services, Immigration of Visa Processing Service Firms.
∎ Must be proficient in speaking and writing in English.
∎ The candidate must have extensive knowledge regarding the student visa processing, writing a Statement of purpose (SOP) and the admission procedures of different universities.
∎ Females are encourage to apply but it is an equal employment opportunities.
∎ Applicants without having work experience in an Education Consultancy Firm need not to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan wise CRM activities will be in key role and ability to convert the leads.
∎ To consult with the students and guardians about the admission procedure of foreign institutes/universities.
∎ The candidate must have extensive knowledge regarding the student visa process, writing SOP, and the admission procedure of different institutes/universities.
∎ Maintain and build strong relationships with students and clients.
∎ Provide appropriate counseling to help students select the right course, institutes and location.
∎ Prepare necessary documents for application of visa submission, fill-up forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Keep update oneself by the knowledge of current policies and scope to gain the competitive advantages.
∎ Understanding the different admission policies of our competitors, partners, and other universities.
∎ Able to organize and facilitate workshops, support groups, and other events.
∎ Must be active, dynamic, capable of working under pressure, and target-oriented.
∎ High Customer Service mind & proactive sales/cross-sales & follow-up to convert from a potential lead source to meet the final sales target.
∎ Have a fair knowledge of writing and Microsoft Office to carry out responsibilities effectively.
∎ End to end support in documentation and visa processing.
∎ Conduct regular Client feedback survey to ensure clients are satisfied with the Organization’s products and services.
