∎ At least Graduation in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Group of Companies, Knit garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to ensure day by day (regular) receiving cutting piece from cutting production.
∎ Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
∎ Software based cutting piece storing.
∎ Cross check daily line plan/batch lot/CAD/cut plan/sewing line production report.
∎ Maintain register and software input report.
∎ Monitor of all storing procedure according to buyer, style, order and discipline.
∎ To ensure properly sewing delivery input and maintain Software report.
∎ Review total area of his store and observe the condition of store house early in the morning to determine the condition of storage items and its safety.
∎ Report immediately to his superior in case of any major discrepancies in storage materials and building.
∎ To ensure on time receiving of cutting fabric and all other materials correctly and securely.
∎ have to ensure the storage of material with proper traceability and identity and whether these are being stored maintaining proper principle of storage.
∎ Have to ensure delivery of right type of items to right place at right time in right quantity and quality for uninterrupted production.
∎ have to ensure snap check of material weekly in order to prevent pilferage and to discourage mishandling of materials.
∎ have to confirm proper & on time documentation of materials for it's receives and issues.
∎ Assure total logistic support of his department and liaison with higher authority for necessary approval in case of major requirement.
∎ Ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the store area frequently.
∎ Have to ensure posting and balancing of stock ledger as regularly.
∎ Ensure health and safety precautions.
∎ To perform any other duties as assigned by the head of department / higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
