Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: 4 to 5 years in the relevant position
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry good knowledge on ERP systems and IT infrastructure. Proficient in use of MS
∎ Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access).
∎ Check daily transnational record update in the system & manual procedures on time.
∎ Dealing of all items contact to supply chain, Accounts, commercial department & varies supplier.
∎ Prepare accurate Daily/ Monthly/ Half Yearly & Yearly Stock Report to review and Analysis of actual facts and figure for the next action plan.
∎ As per company policy also develop and maintain Security policy of warehouse.
∎ Lead the warehouse/store team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
∎ Maintain records of all inventory, storage items including their costs, stock levels, minimum of stock / Storage on the computer system.
∎ Monthly submitted report on consumable items category wise consumption costing value as per company policy.
∎ Issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Receive and confirm orders to distributors & invoice all companies' materials.
∎ Deal with internal and external Auditors during stock verification.
∎ Assist in shifting the materials.
∎ Improvement and development of warehouse also leading fabric store, accessories store workers and plan work Schedule accordingly orders Schedule.
∎ Work as a team with an attitude to support colleagues to achieve the team objectives.
∎ Relevant experience is mandatory.
∎ Candidates must have knowledge on Store Management and Inventory Management.
∎ Update daily register and bin card.
∎ Develop skill of store worker also arrange training team building activities.
