Experience in handling ERP/Store software will be an added benefit.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, database management & Store related software.
Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and integrity and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capable to work independently and proactively.
At least 04 years in the same position.
Strong knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and lean inventory techniques.
Understanding of raw materials such as plastics, paper, metals, fabrics, and packaging materials.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
Tusuka is a 100% export oriented garment manufacturing company at RMG sector in Bangladesh and looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take on challenges to deliver high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily store operations, including inventory control and stock management.
Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to the production floor.
Arranging timely Loading-unloading all kinds of goods by coordinating with others.
Ensuring all reception and distribution of materials are properly posted in ERP and documented as well.
Coordinate with PPC, Merchandiser, Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, Accounts, Audit department & necessary departments.
Maintain stock records, documentation, and timely reporting.
Monitor & impalement product movement, minimize stock loss, and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) & BIN Card systems for materials management.
Supervise store staff and assign tasks to ensure efficiency.
Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies in the store area.
Ensure buyer COC requirement, BSCI, ACCORD/RSC, BCI, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS etc. audit traceability record maintain properly.
Conduct regular physical verification of stock and resolve discrepancies.
Perform any other duties which is assigned by Top Management.
