Additional Requirements:
- Age 32 to 35 years
- Minimum 5 years experience in outerwear factory, calculate outerwear SMV during costing stage.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills are also important.
- Hands-on experience in managing of supportive staffs.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time.
- In-good knowledge of denim & outerwear products.
- Strong ability to drive differing viewpoints to consensus.

We are looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has the initiative, drive and self-motivation to take on challenges to deliver high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare operation breakdown for pre-costing by referring the sample/sketch/tech pack & provide costing SMV to merchandising team.
Ensure accurate & optimum SMV to make order placing/capacity planning while ensuring the cost reduction option to enhance the profitability.
Collect reference sample or sketch from merchandising department & record it for further use.
Calculate thread consumption for each style for costing as well as production utilization.
Co-ordinate with sample, maintenance & production teams for any kind of process improvement.
Evaluate new technologies & automation solutions to improve manufacturing processes & cost reduction.
Give suggestions to factory to improve methods & productivity of bulk production.
Maintain records & data base as per the IE SOP.
