Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
∎ Ensure the store operates smoothly and meets sales and operational goals.
∎ Oversee visual merchandising to maintain a clean and appealing store layout.
∎ Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
∎ Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of stock levels and product movement.
∎ Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize discrepancies and prevent losses.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment and order management.
∎ Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
∎ Implement and manage inventory control systems/software to streamline processes.
∎ Ensure proper storage and handling of products to maintain quality.
