∎ স্টোর কিপারের কাজসমূহ:
∎ পণ্য সংরক্ষণ:
∎ মালামাল সঠিক স্থানে, সঠিক পদ্ধতিতে সংরক্ষণ করা।
∎ গুদামের পরিবেশ ঠিক রাখা যাতে পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত না হয়।
∎ মজুতের হিসাব রাখা:
∎ স্টক রেজিস্টার পরিচালনা করা।
∎ কোন পণ্যের স্টক কমে গেলে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগকে জানানো।
∎ পণ্য বিতরণ:
∎ প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী মালামাল বিতরণ করা এবং তার রেকর্ড রাখা।
∎ ব্যবহারকারীদের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী পণ্য সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট তৈরি:
∎ স্টকের অবস্থান এবং দৈনিক কার্যক্রমের রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
∎ বার্ষিক বা মাসিক অডিটের জন্য ডেটা প্রস্তুত রাখা।
∎ সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা:
∎ স্টোরের নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ অগ্নি নির্বাপক যন্ত্র এবং অন্যান্য সুরক্ষা ব্যবস্থা বজায় রাখা।
∎ স্টোর কিপারের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় দক্ষতা:
∎ গুড ম্যানেজমেন্ট এবং অর্গানাইজেশন স্কিল।
∎ কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় দক্ষতা।
∎ দায়িত্বশীল এবং সততার সঙ্গে কাজ করার মানসিকতা।
∎ গাণিতিক দক্ষতা এবং বিশ্লেষণ ক্ষমতা।
