Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Spinning store, Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning, Textile, Garments, Trading or Export/Import, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have advance experience working with Tally Software
∎ The applicants must have experience in software -based store Management of Spinning Mills.
∎ The applicants must have the experience to handle Raw Materials, Spare parts and finished goods (Ring Spinning & Rotor Spinning )
∎ The applicants must have sharp knowledge about Inventory.
∎ Maintain inventory of store by using ERP Software.
∎ Receive materials from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document in JIT (Just in Time).
∎ Distribute store materials as per requisition.
∎ Ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus materials.
∎ Prepare monthly stock-report regularly
∎ Submit M.R.R to Accounts dept.
∎ Contact with concern person for problem & solve issue.
∎ Contact with Commercial department & Transport dept for Export delivery.
∎ Sign on all MRR, Gate pass & Challan.
∎ Conduct Audit to ensure that all kind of materials keeping to similarity with software, physical stock & bin card.
∎ Prepare daily ,Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly raw cotton stock received and Issued report ( Raw cotton) should be LC wise.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly spare parts received and issued report /Finish goods report/Wastage report.
∎ Prepare finished goods packing report and regular monitor that finished goods are kept/staked in well arrange manner according to lot and count.
∎ Prepare indent of any required material after verifying and communicating with department and collecting any scrap and scrap return memo from the department and send to the head office.
∎ Regular monitor that raw cotton are stocked in well-arranged manner according to LC No.
∎ Candidates with Audit Experience or Audit/Finance backgrounds will be given preference.
∎ Any other work assign by the management.
