∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store keeping, Store Officer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Issue raw materials, packing materials, mechanical & electric materials and to post general items in ERP software.
∎ Prepare GRN in ERP software factory local Purchase, incoming raw materials, packing materials, and all mechanical & electric materials.
∎ Prepare bills in ERP Software for factory local purchase.
∎ Provide daily stock reports, and monthly stock reports to the concerned department and collect their requirement.
∎ Maintain all received & issued documents properly.
∎ Ensure all material’s stock position and inform the Manager from time to time.
∎ Inspect everyday raw, packaging & Spare Parts received challan copy, Gate Serial number& dated properly.
∎ Maintain all relevant documents/register for all stock positions and get that quarterly audited by Group Audit time.
∎ Have to check physical inventory from time to time and cross-match with the monthly inventory report.
∎ Have to maintain FIFO/ LIFO for material movement to comply with proper compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in similar industry.
∎ Computer literacy needed.
