∎ Master of Science (MSc) in food technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cookies, Resarch and development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct’s product development of Cookies, snacks food and condiments in the R&D lab.
∎ Conducts daily analytical testing of products to develop QC spec parameters and analyses micro-safety results of outside laboratory.
∎ Supports cross functional team and manage product cutting, sensory evaluation, and reformulation of current products.
∎ Supplier’s Finalization/hand over to SCM Department.
∎ Identification of quantities and specifications of ingredients needed for the development of new products
∎ Ensure that all raw materials and products comply with legal standard before samples are presented for evaluation.
∎ Ensure that the products have been tested chemically, bacteriological and physically in accordance with standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ 1 - 3 years R&D experience in cookies section.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.

Salary: Negotiable
