∎ M.Sc. in Food engineering/ Microbiology/ Chemical engineering from reputed university.

Food quality, Quality Control Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the quality of all in-coming raw materials and giving decision it’s acceptance or rejection.
∎ Inspection of all packing materials and giving decision it’s acceptance or rejection.
∎ To do all development work according to marketing demand.
∎ Ensure coding parameter of every coded packing material before continuous running.
∎ Ensure quality of product, from intermediate to finished product according to BSTI and in– house specification.
∎ Supervision of all supervisors’ activities.
∎ To monitor the house-keeping and whole plant cleanliness.
∎ Take the necessary action to solve the quality problem of any product.
∎ Scanning of all products BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and mail to Central quality head.
∎ Reporting of daily on-line products abnormalities and mail to Central quality head.
∎ Reporting of on-line finished products weight report and mail to Central quality head.
∎ Preparing of all working instruction such as packing machine operating, wrapper coding operating procedure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ 1 - 3 years R&D experience in cookies section.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
