∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Experienced in a security-related role (Defense retied personnel like Master Warrant Officer Senior Warrant Officer (SWO),(MWO). Warrant Officer (WO) are preferable.)
∎ For experience person qualification can be considerable.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, self-motivation, Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up and provide administrative, logistic and technical support appropriate inventory/ asset management & Lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring adherence to company policies and security protocols.
∎ Carrying out all task of security department implementing CT-PAT policies/instructions at all times. Must keep all documents maintained in security department updated all times to face Audit readily anytime.
∎ Prepare daily & weekly duty roster for the duty of security supervisors and guards.Ensuring security guards and supervisors perform their duties, supervising and supporting subordinates, arranging medical help for sick staff, and assisting workers at the gate.
∎ Ensuring that all gate passes and invoices have the necessary seal or signature and that no products are allowed to leave or enter the factory without the appropriate paperwork.Sending daily and monthly lists/reports of goods in and out of the factory to appropriate authorities.
∎ Safety must be ensured through proper supervision during the loading and unloading process of goods in transit Uphold order & discipline of the factory following Bangladesh Labor Law, Company Policies, CT-PAT Policies etc.
∎ Maintenance of attendance register, movement register, fixed asset register and other files and documents.
∎ House keeping Vehicle maintenance and other equipment maintenance assist to organize meeting.
∎ Assist departmental head for the smooth administrative operation & undertake all activities as per department head request such as transport, cleanliness, office supplies and logistics supports etc.
∎ Maintain all transport support of companies.Ensure maintaining of fuel consumption of all vehicles by checking and controlling the KPL (Kilometer per liter) of each one.
∎ Monitor & keep records of all vehicles accidents and take necessary step.
∎ Prepare work order for repairing the vehicle and necessary office works.
∎ To perform any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization.
