Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the industrial automation product range.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for company products and services.
Set sales targets, track progress, and achieve sales goals in line with company objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
Analyze market conditions and customer feedback to adjust marketing and sales strategies.
Provide regular reports on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market needs.
Product Promotion and Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for the industrial automation products.
Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to raise brand awareness.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Create customized proposals based on client requirements, including product specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals.
Sales Coordination:
Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Coordinate the delivery of products and services to clients, ensuring on-time and high-quality service.
Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and after-sales support, to meet customer needs.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and leads.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Document client feedback and market information to help in decision-making.
Budget and Cost Management:
Work within the allocated sales budget and optimize resources to achieve sales targets.
Monitor cost-effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Customer Support and Follow-Up:
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints.
Ensure that all customer queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Team Collaboration:
