Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• At least 3 years

• B. Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant discipline.

• Support ERP users like setup/ update/ report delivery/ troubleshooting etc.       

• Assist to manage and update IT inventory, documentation and monthly report for the management.

• Provide IT supports to user end for their desktop, laptop, wireless router, scanners, printers and other IT assets.

• Setup and maintain company's computer network which includes LAN and WAN network.

• Provide local area network connection setup and network cabling and testing

• Provide basic IT support, such as PC troubleshooting, official user email/ Outlook configuration.

• PC problem finding, printer (network/ share) installation and troubleshooting.

• Support ERP users like setup/ update/ report delivery/ troubleshooting etc.

• Assist to manage and update IT inventory, documentation and monthly report for the management

• Setup, maintain and monitor CCTV camera, IP camera, DVR & NVR.

• Setup, maintain and monitor Bio-metric access control system.

• Provide day to day IT procurement as company requirement.

• Perform any other job assigned by the Supervisor / Management.
