Additional Requirements:
B. Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering or relevant discipline.
Support ERP users like setup/ update/ report delivery/ troubleshooting etc.
Assist to manage and update IT inventory, documentation and monthly report for the management.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide IT supports to user end for their desktop, laptop, wireless router, scanners, printers and other IT assets.
Setup and maintain company's computer network which includes LAN and WAN network.
Provide local area network connection setup and network cabling and testing
Provide basic IT support, such as PC troubleshooting, official user email/ Outlook configuration.
PC problem finding, printer (network/ share) installation and troubleshooting.
Support ERP users like setup/ update/ report delivery/ troubleshooting etc.
Assist to manage and update IT inventory, documentation and monthly report for the management
Setup, maintain and monitor CCTV camera, IP camera, DVR & NVR.
Setup, maintain and monitor Bio-metric access control system.
Provide day to day IT procurement as company requirement.
Perform any other job assigned by the Supervisor / Management.
