Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with product managers to understand business requirements for solution delivery
∎ Work with senior software engineers and quality engineers to plan technical approaches to solution delivery
∎ Estimate timescales, progress and testability of features.
∎ Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve our product software with input and coaching from senior team members
∎ Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
∎ Work on technical integration projects
∎ Pro-actively identify areas for continuous improvement
∎ Participate in ongoing professional development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

∎ Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in relevant position.
∎ Broad and deep technical knowledge, throughout the full stack. Deep hands-on expertise with many disparate technologies and architectures.
∎ Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, preferably with AWS.
∎ Experience with or an interest in "DevOps" tooling & infrastructure as code.
∎ Demonstrable understanding of high-quality coding and testing practices.
∎ Relational and NoSQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL, Aurora, & DynamoDB. Experience modelling & optimising query performance.
∎ Understanding of statistical analysis of data.
∎ A strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
∎ An appetite to learn new technologies and a drive for continual improvement.
∎ Excellent communication skills, specifically in understanding, framing, distilling, and simplifying both technical & business requirements.
∎ Demonstrable experience working as part of a high performing, collaborative agile team. Leading and delivering significant features / requirements.
∎ You will have technical skills in some of the below: .net Framework / Java/ C / Python/ Rub on Rails/ Postgre SQL/ MySQL/ MongoDB/ Web API / Entity Framework / Javascript / Node.js / SQL Server / Experience in AWS / EC2 SNS / Docker / Microservices/ Kubernetes/ CI/CD
