We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Production Manager who will lead the Production Department of 100% Export Oriented Knit & Oven Garments Factory. Capable to works related full communicate with buyer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the production of the entire Knit Garments factory.

• Responsible for monitoring & improving the productivity and efficiency of the production floor.

• Order status monitoring & regularly scheduled meetings with Merchandising, IE& Planning, Knit& Dyeing, production & store department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.

• Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify, Monitor line-wise production report hourly output basis, Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.

• Provide all kinds of guidelines to PM,QM, FM, IE & Planning, floors In-charge, Supervisors, Concerned officials and ensure daily production & leadership skill along with assessing subordinates & developing.

• Ensure quality control objectives & activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.

• Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff & facilities.

• Review & ensure production plan based on machine & manpower, study the m/c layout to achieve optimum productivity with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.

• Design & layout of Manpower, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency.

• To ensure consistent monitoring of day-to-day quality, production, systems, standards and work in progress leading to continuous improvements.    

• Process improvements and innovations to reduce minute value.

• Capacity analysis and planning flow of work to get maximum productivity output and eliminate idle time.

• Coordinating with buyers for capacity bookings and ensure the line loading for all running buyers.

• Ensure required raw materials, trims & accessories are stock in the factory for smooth production.

• Monitor plan VS actual production & initiate corrective measure and sustainable development.

• Drive to reduce wastage, cost, expenses & maximize profit and Renovate the resources & ensure its right utilization.

• Must Ensure monthly Profit and Prepare the Budget, Order Status, target/achievement, Loss Root Cause reports to the Management.
