Responsibilities & Context:
Conducting Total Quality Checks from RFP Fabric Receiving from Suppliers to Finished Fabric Delivery.
Developing and Implementing Inhouse SOP(s).
Generating Detailed Reports following International Standards.
Detailed Understanding of Fabric Inspection Procedures (4 Point System).
Proficient in Physical & Chemical Lab Testing (Color Fastness, Shrinkage, Wash Test etc.).
Ensuring Compliance with Buyer’s Quality Standards.
Controlling Printing Quality during Machine Operations.
Expert in Email Communication with Suppliers, Merchants, and Buyers.
Preparing and Managing Shade Bands.
Making Decisions on Shade and Overall Print Quality.
Maintaining Organized Files and Records.
Collaborating with External Finishing Units to ensure quality standards.
Training and Supervising Junior QC Staff.
Staying Updated with Industry Trends and Best Practices.
Handling Customer Complaints and Implementing Corrective Actions.
