• Conducting Total Quality Checks from RFP Fabric Receiving from Suppliers to Finished Fabric Delivery.

• Developing and Implementing Inhouse SOP(s).

• Generating Detailed Reports following International Standards.

• Detailed Understanding of Fabric Inspection Procedures (4 Point System).

• Proficient in Physical & Chemical Lab Testing (Color Fastness, Shrinkage, Wash Test etc.).

• Ensuring Compliance with Buyer’s Quality Standards.

• Controlling Printing Quality during Machine Operations.

• Expert in Email Communication with Suppliers, Merchants, and Buyers.

• Preparing and Managing Shade Bands.

• Making Decisions on Shade and Overall Print Quality.

• Maintaining Organized Files and Records.

• Collaborating with External Finishing Units to ensure quality standards.

• Training and Supervising Junior QC Staff.

• Staying Updated with Industry Trends and Best Practices.

• Handling Customer Complaints and Implementing Corrective Actions.
