• Proficiency in Information Technology practices and principles.

• Expertise in network administration, including setting up and maintaining network systems.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in system administration to ensure efficient operations of IT infrastructure.

• Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

• Monitoring and maintaining CCTV systems.

• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

• Verifying the functionality of hardware and software components.

• Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety.

• Setting up accounts for staff, educating them on logging in and resolving issues that arise.

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.

• Restricting access to unauthorized sites, downloads, and users.

• Coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software, and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.

• Maintaining records of software licenses.

• Any other tasks assigned by management.
