Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilite to oversee mechanical issure of all types of sewing machine at factory in coordination with factory maintenance staff.
perform regular maintenance and repairs to all sttiching related equiment.
Work with other departments within the facility to solve sewing machine maintenance Problems.
Coordinate with sewing maching mainrenance section for new machine insrallation,machine distribution,invertory.
spare parts issue,sewing needs,machine oil etc.
Moreover,coordinate with concern techical associate for auxdliary items/machines circult board related matter as well.
Ensure all machines are always operational and machine down time is minimum
Follow -up for all out of order machine functional.
Train or instruct operations on proper use and operation of machines.
Able to adjust work schedule as production needs arise.
