∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Core HR & Admin Knowledge, Human Resources & Development.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise administrative issues of all establishments of the company. Implementing Personnel & Administration Policies. Implement safety measures in all areas and ensure staffs are trained to understand and implement these measures. Transport pool management. Prepare monthly statement of attendance, overtime, holiday duties. Ensure that all industrial registers are maintained properly as per govt. law. Establish fire security system in all establishments and Regular checking (once in a month) of validity & workability of fire equipment’s, arrange to refill fire extinguishers when necessary. Look after the security affairs of all establishments by coordinating with the local management (of establishment) and security staffs. Assist in recruiting workers, security personnel and drivers. Responsible for repair and maintenance of all Office equipment's. Record Keeping of Asset - initial assets as well as all assets added. Monitor Housekeeping. Demand and issue of Uniforms of Security personnel, Workers, Drivers and Peons. Any other duties to be assigned from the management time to time.
