Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Any professional certification in SCM/Warehouse/Inventory Management will be an added advantage

∎ Minimum 07 years of experience in inventory/store management, with at least 2/3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
∎ Must have experience in a manufacturing industry/heavy industry
∎ Strong knowledge and experience in ERP Inventory Management Systems.
∎ Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Sound knowledge of construction materials and equipment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Store the right amount of materials, goods, and products in the right location to meet the operational demands of the business and production.
∎ Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to feed business operations and customer demand.
∎ Lead the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
∎ Ensure storage of both raw materials and finished products are in full adherence with the prevailing best practice and GMP guidelines.
∎ Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of both raw materials to production and finished goods to Distribution Teams.
∎ Drive a zero-tolerance mindset for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer deliverables are met fully.
∎ Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to raw materials and finished products in and out, including labeling of all stock items.
∎ Continuously review ways to aid efficiency, add value, and reduce costs as well as deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Establish, monitor, and maintain high standards of security in the warehouse by setting security procedures.
∎ Communicate with warehouse staff on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets, and operational requirements.
∎ Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.
∎ Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Develop and share warehouse functional scorecards on agreed timely intervals.
∎ Apply the principles of FEFO and/or FIFO as appropriate and be familiar with ERP systems.
∎ Lead and monitor a large team of inventory team operating nationwide.
∎ In-depth knowledge of GMP, SOP, and other regulatory compliance standards.
