• Store Operations & Material Handling

• Inventory Documentation & Record Keeping

• Stock Receiving & Issuance Procedures

• Warehouse Safety & Storage Practices

• ERP / Inventory System Operations

• Receive, inspect, and store materials as per approved procedures

• Maintain accurate stock records and bin card updates

• Issue materials according to approved requisitions and documentation

• Ensure proper storage and handling of medical equipment and materials

• Conduct routine stock checks and support physical inventory counting

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store area

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies

• Prepare store-related reports and documentation accurately

• Coordinate with inventory and procurement teams for stock movement

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and storage requirements
