Responsibilities & Context:
Contact market analysis to identify potential suppliers, vendors and collect price quotation
Prepare comparative statements, fixing up rate and negotiation with suppliers
Generate an implement purchasing strategies to streamline procurement activities, reduce cost and insure timely delivery
Prepare purchase order to the awarding supplier in ERP
Maintain and update vendors database, supplier evaluation, supply chain related documents, forms, charts etc. as regular basis
Collect and process of bills for ensuring timely supplier payment
Monitor on time delivery, return and worked with clients to resolve claim issues quickly and efficiently
