Position: Sr. Officer – Program & Partnership Development

Key Responsibilities
Identify corporates, NGOs, INGOs, CSOs, NPOs and individuals for funds and maintain excellent relationships with assigned clients.
Plan, design, supervise, and organize campaigns, events, activations, and donor visits.
Prepare budgets and ensure timely submission in collaboration with relevant teams.
Develop proposals, reports, and presentations to secure funding opportunities.
Attend external meetings and conduct visits to acquire new organizational partnerships.
Collaborate with partners, donors, and external media/agencies, and coordinate with the internal PR team for branding initiatives.
Document and maintain records of organizational partnerships and other relevant information.
Evaluate the success of fundraising events and prepare reports after major events.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of all contacts.
Oversee campaign and event materials to ensure alignment with branding strategies and maximize effectiveness.
Coordinate with vendors and media agencies for campaigns and events.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Strategic Planning
Develop fundraising strategies in line with organizational needs.
Conduct research on prospective donors and design strategies accordingly.
Leadership
Lead and guide team members through all procedures.
Report directly to the Management team.
Enhance the organization’s reputation by taking ownership of responsibilities, addressing new requests, and adding value to job accomplishments.
Follow up with donors after attending meetings
Scope funding opportunities that arise out of networking with donors.

Eligibilities
Honours / Master’s Degree (preferably in Marketing) from any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Advanced proficiency in English and Bengali.
Excellent writing English and Bangla.
Office Time: Saturday-Thursday (9 am – 6 pm)
