Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage & Configure Cisco Router, Switch and Palo Alto Firewall.
∎ Should have proper knowledge of IP Subnetting, Routing & ACL.
∎ Configure & Maintain Wireless LAN connectivity.
∎ Configure, Install, maintain, and Troubleshoot LAN Networks: Ensure seamless operation of LAN networks at head office and branch offices, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
∎ Install & Maintain MikroTik and Other Routers: Deploy and manage routers to maintain network connectivity and performance.
∎ Install, Configure, and Maintain Server Infrastructure: Set up and manage server hardware and software in Linux and Microsoft environments. Maintain and Troubleshoot IP PBX Servers: Manage IP PBX servers, troubleshoot issues, and add new IP Phones to the network.
∎ Provide Desktop/Laptop LAN connectivity & troubleshoot accordingly.
∎ Maintain Companywide IP Address List & Keep them up to date.
∎ Support End Users: Provide technical support to end-users for server-related issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime.
∎ Documentation: Maintain documentation for network configurations, server setups, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing within the team.
∎ Ensure smooth factory operation of all IT systems, including network and hardware.
∎ Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware. ·
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related issues promptly.
∎ Provide technical support to factory.
∎ Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repair or replacement.
∎ Oversee all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
