Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA, BBA, Masters from any reputed university or preferably from Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering or Apparel Manufacturing background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must be expert in sourcing new buyer, collecting order, shipment follow up and communication with buyer.
∎ Manage client account from order inquiry to shipment.
∎ Has to be able to bring in a minimum of 5, 00,000 pieces orders a month.
∎ Co- ordinate customers visits and deploys resources accordingly
∎ Make the plan for upcoming season’s business according to product category and line availability, and make a strategic business plan to support management goal.
∎ Plan for product Merchandising, Strategic and Assortment Planning of the entire range.
∎ Review the merchandiser’s team plan on a periodic basis to ensure profit is maximized and maintain target.
∎ Establish a good relationship with new and existing buyers/business and enhancing the buyer matrix based on the interest of the organization and factory line availability.
∎ Direct costing strategy to support the overall production plan and to facilitate meaningful price negotiations with buyer
∎ To prepare product cost sheet of the orders.
∎ Responsible for the Raw materials in-house management properly as per T & A of the concern orders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising, Production, Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English.
∎ Commitment, attitude and ability to work as a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure even for longer working hours.
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point.
