Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.
∎ Graduate from BUTEX/ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology with MBA in Apparel Merchandising/ Marketing will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with the buyers (Tchibo, H&M, Sainsbury's, etc.) independently for all merchandising activities including production of fabrics, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality, etc.
∎ To arrange all kinds of fabrics & accessories both from local & foreign sources as required for production.
∎ Keep liaison with buyers for all merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up, shipment planning, etc.
∎ To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties with a view to ensure timely execution and shipment of orders.
∎ Work as a team to achieve the sales target of the team as well as the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should have experience in working in a reputed Knit Composite Factory and capable of handling mentioned buyers.
∎ Must be experienced in handling reputed buyers & Knit merchandising.
∎ Leadership quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem-solving & analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must specially in using ERP.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
