∎ Minimum of 15 years of experience in merchandising, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of denim garment manufacturing, fabrics, trims, and accessories.
∎ Good Knowledge of costing and product development.
∎ Proven track record of managing key accounts.
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and other relevant software.
∎ Strong analytical ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead a team of merchandisers to handle multiple accounts & oversee sample development, costing, order processing, and bulk production.
∎ Product research, development and execution, provide design inspiration and instance strategy for all products, coordinating with brand.
∎ Maintain strong business relationships with all vendor, leverage vendor resources to assist with category management decisions and execution.
∎ Collaborate regularly with global counter parts to identify business opportunities in the market to maximize net sales and profitability.
∎ Monitor overall production process, analyze monthly production plan and ensure all pre-production approvals and continuous supply of materials are in place to ensure flawless execution.
∎ Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery, addressing any delays or challenges that arise.
∎ Introducing new sourcing and developments, ensure good supply chain, product sourcing product management and vendor management and quality management.
∎ Continue to develop and retain talented employees, by recognizing & rewarding performance through monthly development plans and annual performance reviews.
∎ Establish a long-range plan on capacity and business growth to leverage low cost and improve on-time delivery.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ This role will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising team and ensuring the timely and efficient execution of orders. This role involves leading a team, building strong client relationships, managing product development, and ensuring quality and profitability throughout the production process.
