Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare all types of finishing reports for higher management.
Ensure folding, ironing & packing as per buyer`s instruction.
Ensure quality of packed goods & on-time delivery for smooth shipment.
Preparing the packing list and forwarding it to the to the respective merchants, production managers, and merchandising departments.
Check that all the garment threads are trimmed properly.
Ensure that the measurements are okay.
After ironing, if any defects are seen, he pass that garment for immediate cleaning.
Check out the defects and rejects on garment.
Examine the defects and take special care about oil marks, stain marks, burns, cracks, pits, etc.
Execute production effectively as per the settled target & achieve optimum efficiency.
Any other task assigned by the management.
