Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring to execute effectively SOP in all factories.
∎ Visit SOP at least twice a year with all technical (SPD) team to ensure each individual factory are aligned with customer requirements.
∎ Visit POL, Retail link, and GRN to see the quality-related updates every month & share with related factory quality managers during meetings.
∎ Effectively interact with the RND section and production team to maintain product quality assuring system and policies to comply with quality system requirements.
∎ Collaboration with production management and Make them understand that quality should come from needlepoint, not from end-table quality inspectors.
∎ Lead all factory’s quality managers, Supervisors, in-charges, quality inspectors & CQAD team and ensure resolve the issues regular basis.
∎ Ensure to inspect the right way of all incoming material in all the factories.
∎ Collaborate with the dyeing unit and ensure the quality team is working transparently way to ensure the right quality fabric is delivered in each factory.
∎ Co-relate the factory’s internal fabric inspection report with the dye house quality team to ensure both are aligned.
∎ Work with customers is trying to reduce the fabric inspection process in the factory as we are already doing the fabric inspection process in our dyeing to reduce duplicating the work.
∎ Right way to balance manpower is one of the key tasks to ensure the company’s annual profitability.
∎ Look into the talent management side and assess annually to give them awards in the right person.
∎ Follow up with each factory’s internal scorecard to ensure the final quality (workmanship) goal is less than 1.5 percent and packing quality goals 100 percent.
∎ Conduct management review meetings with all departments and update the SR management on at least a quarterly basis.
∎ Ensuring no customer complaints, and no product recall happening in any factories.
∎ Must have communication skill and presentation skills.
∎ Work with customers to get a quarterly and annual report card on the basis of quality and compliance (optional).
∎ Must know the inspiring, motivating, and growing teamwork among the managers’ levels.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Good team player, well organized, initiative, and detail-oriented.
∎ Able to work under pressure n complete the task within the time frame.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years

∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command of both written and spoken English
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative, and detail-oriented.
