Job Description: 

• To implementation and development, the CAD & sample policy & procedure in place.

• Lead the section team and supervision the under controls regular activities.

• To prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern. Work closely with foreign expects of Pattern, CAD & Sample department on design & production & to get 1st time sample approval.

• Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD.

• Able to handle variety of Garments items.

• Creating new patterns & its customization, marker making & Grading Must have sufficient technical knowledge.

• Able to efficiently choose right attachment for higher bulk Production & quality.

• Must have positive approach to work with Cutting team closely.

• Must have ability to simplify process in an innovative way to reduce machine in bulk production and make the process production -friendly.

• Makes the basic sizes pattern by using Auto CAD Software (EEMA, Garber Software)

• Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers and provide to cutting department & follow up it in practical.

• Should be capable enough to understand buyer's comments on all Samples.

• Receives sample requisitions from merchandisers and prepares sample development plan based on submission date.

• Leads weekly/monthly sample development meeting and ensures continuous improvement

• Mark samples and finished patterns with information such as garment size, section, style, identification, and sewing instructions.

• Perform any other task as & when assigned by top management.
