• Strong technical knowledge in sewing production system.

• Good leadership ability to lead & motivate employees.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

• Good interpersonal & communication skills.

• Good team player, well-organized, initiative, and detail-oriented.

Job Description:

• To collect the daily, weekly & monthly production plan sheet from the planning dept.

• Supervision, controlling the workers on respective floors.

• Physical supervision & checking of cutting, sewing, quality & finishing section for quality production.

• Managing the representatives and inspection team of the buyer.

• Recording the daily production & submission report to the head of department.

• Programming for the daily work schedule of own section.

• Fixing the production target and taking necessary action for failing to meet the target.

• Alert for timely shipment of garments.

• Maximum utilization of man & machine.

• Establishing the plan & harmony with the workers on the floor.

• To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested in them according to the organizational policy.

• To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team.

• Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling, and taking timely decisions.

• To take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.

• Always coordinate the factory social and technical audit.
