Job Description:
Develop, Execute & maintain a robust Production management system by using of technology for production excellence at desired level.
Ensure Efficiency & Productivity improvement and visualization by using different tools.
Ensure the generation of accurate factory performance and trend reports including line efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity utilization, NPT and rework.
Study on time management, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, clerical, and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
Ensure process re-engineering of Production planning and execution considering capacity calculation of the factory.
Implementation of various tools and techniques of LEAN & 5's.
Maintain up-grading of skill matrix and performance development of workers by training, counselling and motivation.
Follow up Calculation of Standard Minute Value (SMV) for specific product.
Minimize wastage & increase utilization of Man, Machine & Materials with various tools & techniques.
Assist superior to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, and training needs.
Co-ordinate with IE, Planning & Merchandising department for smooth production.
Improve factory capacity to meet the plan target.
Review the current policies and improve plans to improve upon the existing standards.
Set the monthly Key Performance Indicator (CPM, DHU level, Cutting, Sewing & Finishing Efficiency, MMR, NPT, cut to ship ratio, Employee Turnover) and evaluate it monthly.
Design the SOP for individual departments, sections & overall process & operations.
Prepare manpower budget for the organization & ensure the standard man-machine ratio.
Design the operator recruitment policy basis on standard skill tests.
Other activities as per superior’s instruction.
