• Proven experience in knitting production, preferably in Knit garments, with at least 10 years of relevant work experience.        

• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.        

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.       

• Leadership and team management experience.   

• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications for merchandise planning, data analysis, and project management.  

• An understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.       

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.·     

• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the apparel industry.

• 1.   Monthly Shipment wise production planning & follow up.  

  2.   Executing fabric production inside & outside & planning according to deadline & monthly fabric need for dyeing & sewing plan.

  3.   Follow up Order Wise Yarn Received, Yarn delivery & Knitting production record.

  4.   Follow up with buyer/order wise fabric delivery status.

  5.   Maintain daily outside sub-contract party statement and report to authority.

  6.   Follow up order wise yarn delivery & fabrics receive of sub-contract factory.

  7.   Responsible for providing fabrics according closing date.

  8.   Working with management to achieve monthly shipment target.

  9.   Ensure production as per given advance planning.

  10. Ensure quality check at all points type of fabric checking.

  11. Maintain all quality parameters.

  12. Plan and ensure maximum utilization of machines.

  13. Allocating machines considering buyer and shipment dates.

  14. Ensure proper grey GSM / Stitch length and preserving records.

  15. Ensure the shrinkage is keeping within the marginal parameter and maintaining them with strong control.

  Any other related task assigned by the reporting authority.
