Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Director/General Manager. The Sr. Manager/AGM (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to promote and sell Concrete Block products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and contribute to product development strategies.
Maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and providing regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
Addressing customer concerns or complaints promptly and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell Concrete Block products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize sales performance and achieve targets.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share in Bangladesh.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential Customers (Contractors, House owner, developer, real Estate, all kinds of Industries, Engineers (LGED, PWD, R&H, several Projects), Group of Companies, yards and other stakeholders to generate leads and drive sales.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to effectively showcase properties and attract buyers.
Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing regular updates on sales activities, progress, and results.
Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in Concrete Block products sales and marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
