Educational Requirements:
∎ Educational Qualification not less than O level or equivalent
∎ Should have a diploma in Industrial Training for garments production technology & management.
∎ Electronics and communication engineering diploma holders will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be actively involved in sampling and pre-productions, liaise with merchandisers and vendors to do proper handover to ensure first-time sample approval.
∎ Ensure customer fit, quality, testing, measurement and fit requirements are met. Maintain quality SOP and responsible for the quality and technical-related issues arising in production and timely solutions to ensure on-time delivery and zero quality claims.
∎ Review audit findings daily and find remedial actions and ensure shipments are within agreed quality parameters of the customer.
∎ Review Laboratory testing report/s daily and identify failures and take remedial actions to resolve the issues and provide require guidance to factories and QA's.
∎ Ability to plan and run the division independently.
∎ Set and review goals in order to satisfy customers' quality.
∎ Implementing all buyers' codes of conduct and compliance.
∎ Providing training to local employees in different sections.
∎ Ability to reduce cost of production & quality.
∎ Any other Job assigned by the Management.
