Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in apparel quality management..
∎ Graduation with silk technology will get preference..
∎ Preference shall be given to candidates having additional various training on Garment manufacturing and quality management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To support the garment technical and quality functions of the company (from sampling through to final inspection ).
∎ To manage the QA teams ensuring that all inspections are conducted as per company`s and customers requirements, coordinating with the factories senior management teams time to time.
∎ Working closely with the merchandising team to ensure that key dates for sampling and inspection are maintained as per company & customers expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven and successful track record at a senior level in garment technical and quality management areas.
∎ Develop a standard quality management system for the company after reviewing the existing process in the plant.
∎ Manage the monitoring & review of eternal process which may affect the quality of the organization products.
∎ Implementation of Product quality guidelines and procedures both at Pre production and Production stages.
∎ Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs.
∎ Ensure proper man-power to run the department smoothly.
∎ Review customer/buyers requirement on order basis, plan accordingly to meet them in due course.
∎ Prepare and maintain training modules for quality systems and conduct training as needed.
∎ Actively participate in production meeting with the manufacturing team, guide the team in advance before starting the production of any particular product.
∎ Review production process and system on regular basis to determine quality of work and also to determine where needs further improvements.
∎ Overall responsible for any kind of claims/complaints from buyer regarding quality and also for re-check.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years Experience in Quality Management in garment factories.
∎ Basic knowledge of garment patterns.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments, Garments Accessories, Fabric, Garment Washing,
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and hard working.
∎ English proficiency (Written and spoken) is must.
∎ Computer literacy is must
