∎ B.Sc Engineering from any reputed textile institution/ University will get preference.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet the monthly target.
∎ Supervise the merchandising team to achieve monthly and yearly target.
∎ Ensure satisfaction and motivation with the service of the respective incumbent.
∎ Develop and maintain excellent business relation with the buyers to serve their interest and requirement for smooth.
∎ Meeting with Merchandising on regular basic.
∎ To plan and execute order smoothly.
∎ Introduce new Customer and overall follow-up, such as product development to shipment.
∎ Make full costing in knit garments, negotiation and order confirmation.
∎ Coordinate with planning department to determine delivery schedule and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
∎ Coordinate with sample section to ensure proper sample design for buyer, send the sample on time and follow up any comments or acceptance of that sample from buyer side.
∎ Monitor sample development and production to meet buyer requirements.
∎ Communicating with Buyer for technical clarification, when require,
∎ Planning for new season sampling and production orders.
∎ Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandiser are updating order status to buyer.
∎ Follow up and Coordination with Production, Quality Commercial Department and on time shipments.
∎ Follow-up purchase orders, internal orders and costing sheets.
∎ Act as an effective team leader and lead the team.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular
∎ basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years working experience in Marketing and Merchandising department on knit garments.
∎ Highly skilled in English for both speaking and writing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: Knit garments and buying house.
∎ Have to know basic Compliance for all buyer.
∎ Must prove successfully interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with staff at all levels.
∎ Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
∎ Must have advance computer skills.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal communications skills in English/Bengali.
∎ Must have high sense of Integrity and Hardworking.
∎ Must have a high sense of perfection and pro-active capability to resolve issues on a timely manner.
∎ Must have a visionary and strategic thinking.
∎ Must have capacity to implementation of ideas.
∎ Strong knowledge about yarn, fabric, Garment, washing, printing and embroidery.
∎ Monitor sample development and production to meet buyer requirements.
∎ Prepare Time and action plan.
∎ Monitor consumption of fabrics/ Yarn/ trims/accessories and prepare booking.
∎ Follow up & Coordination with Production, Quality and Commercial Department and on time shipments.
∎ Prepare purchase orders, internal order & costing sheets.
∎ Has adequate knowledge about fabric knitting and dying.
∎ Coordinate with factory team for proper & in time execution of production.
∎ Advice factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc. related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.
∎ Lead the team/act as an effective team leader understanding company.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to ship the goods maintaining effective TNA.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
∎ The Candidate should be technically sound in Garments costing & manufacturing process.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
